Data controller
Sarah Garcia Delporte, an individual entrepreneur trading as Office-M, is the controller for processing related to the requests sent to her. Address: 4226 route de Saint-Martin, 04200 Noyers-sur-Jabron, France. Contact: contact@office-m.fr.
Form data and purposes
The form asks for your first name, last name, email address, and message. Company and phone number are optional. This information is used to understand your needs and respond to you; it is not used to add you to a marketing mailing list.
Exchanges concerning a service you have requested are based on pre-contractual measures taken at your initiative (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Other requests for information are based on Office-M’s legitimate interest in responding to its contacts (Article 6(1)(f)). The checkbox on the form confirms that you have read this information; it is not consent to marketing.
Operation and retention
The server validates the fields and limits submission attempts. The network address is used only for a temporary counter held in memory, with a fifteen-minute window; expired entries are deleted during subsequent requests. This security measure is based on the legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
The website does not store messages in a database. When an error occurs with JavaScript, your input remains in the form; without JavaScript, returning to the page displays the result of the operation. A success message is displayed only after the mail server confirms acceptance of the message.
In this staging version, sending tests are performed using a local test mail server, without transfer to a real recipient. Outside these tests, delivery remains disabled until the sending service is configured. This version therefore applies no retention period to real emails. The retention period chosen for exchanges in the email service must be communicated before the form is opened to the public.
Recipients and technical service providers
Requests intended for Office-M are handled by Sarah Garcia Delporte. PLATEFORMS provides hosting, administration, and technical operation: SAS, 125 rue de la République, 76320 Caudebec-lès-Elbeuf, France; contact@plateforms.fr. Its registration details are provided in the legal notice.
For operations involving personal data processed on behalf of and under the instructions of Office-M, PLATEFORMS acts as a technical processor. Infrastructure is supplied by OVHcloud through OVH SAS, Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register 424 761 419, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. This registered office address does not determine the location of the data.
Local tests do not use any external sending service. The email provider, technical access, remote hosting logs and backups, their retention periods, and any transfers will be specified according to the configuration actually selected before the website is opened to the public.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, or restriction of its processing. Depending on the legal basis and the conditions of processing, you may also exercise a right to object and a right to data portability.
To exercise your rights, write to contact@office-m.fr, specifying your request. A response will be provided within the statutory period of one month, subject to extensions provided for by the GDPR. Proof of identity is requested only if there is reasonable doubt about your identity.
You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
Cookies, trackers, and external links
The website does not include any audience measurement tools, advertising, or embedded third-party content. Fonts, images, logos, and portraits are served locally; no application cookies or local storage are used. Navigating to LinkedIn opens a third-party website, subject to its own privacy rules.
Staging authentication controls access to pages and resources. Credentials are not stored in a cookie by the application.
